We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Team Lead to join our dynamic team to help us reach our goal of equipping all farms in Malawi with our patented bio digestion systems. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainability and impacting diverse
individuals’ livelihoods.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Team Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and experience the full benefits of our technology. You will work closely with our customers, sales team, and technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer success specialists to provide outstanding customer support and satisfaction
- Ensure customer retention by proactively addressing customer needs and resolving any issues
- Develop and implement customer success plans for key accounts, including regular check-ins and goal setting
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and identify upselling opportunities
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve technical issues and ensure customer needs are met
- Continuously improve customer success processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Agriculture
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading successful customer success teams and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer experience
- Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus
